I don’t know about you ladies, but summer for me is a time to wear as little as possible, eat good food and hang out with friends. It’s also the perfect time to streamline my beauty routine by adding or taking away some products. Lately, I have been obsessed with clear skin. Skin that is clear of spots, marks, blemishes and is well hydrated. After all, the skin IS the largest organ which is why I love giving it that extra bit of attention. I love spending time by myself. For some people, the idea of spending time alone is scary. But for me its an opportunity to get in touch with myself. Often we are told to take care of others, but what about taking care of ourselves? Giving ourselves a break and not doing everything for everyone. Ah period’s. That one time of the month when, for some of us everything seems to stop. All of sudden you can start to feel more tired than usual, irritable and even upset at everything and everyone. For someone like me, my period is one of the worst weeks. Not just for me but for everyone around me. About a week before my period starts I become very irritable and angry at everyone and anyone. I start crying about everything and anything and I even start craving chocolate and sweets. Even though in my everyday life I hate chocolate and sweet things.
