Winter time is a tricky time for me. Not only do I actually prefer it because I then have an excuse to not go out. But I also take much better care of myself. From my skin to my overall healthy. Mainly because if I don’t I’ll most likely get sick. Which is why doing a few extra things to keep me healthy and looking and feeling good is important. One of the things I like to do is to start using my humidifier. I like to mix the water with a few drops of tea tree oil, to help clear up and blocked noses and clean the air whilst I sleep. It also does wonders for my skin as winter is usually so dry. Which is why putting on my humidifier is very important.
Whilst humidifiers can run on the pricey side. Having one, especially during winter or when I get sick, has been worth every penny. I also use it in summer when I am feeling a bit stuffy after doing some hot steam breathing. What are some of the things you like to do to help keep you healthy during the cold winter months?
