Cook Beautiful: Book review

If you are anything like me, then you love a good cook book. Which is why when well known lifestyle blogger Athena Calderone released her much anticipated first cook book “Cook beautiful” I was over the moon. Not only does Athena share some delicious recipes, but she also walks you through how to present your food in the best way possible. Something that often slips my mind when I am cooking in a hurry.

Not only does Athena teach you how to “Cook beautiful” but also how to cook seasonal. Something that I am more and more drawn to. Especially as I’ve come to realize that seasonal fruit and vegetables are more affordable than non seasonal items. With her cook book divided into four seasons, and showcasing how to prepare delicious meals based on that seasons bounty. It’s hard to not be obsessed. But also get a little education on fruits and vegetables you may have never thought of before.

So whether you want to make food that looks like good. Or you just want to get a little inspiration, this book has it all.
