To use banana peels for teeth whitening, simply peel a banana, rub the inside of the peel on your teeth , much like you would with a strawberry. Rub for 2 minutes and brush your teeth using your regular toothpaste. You can use this method every single day until your teeth are white as your want them.

3) Apple Cider Vinegar: Take your finger and rub apple cider vinegar on your teeth for a minute. After brushing with apple cider vinegar brush again with your regular toothpaste.
